Our Service analyzes information you provide about your property and generates reports with suggestions for improvements before listing your home for sale. The Service includes both free and premium (paid) report options.

3. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

The recommendations provided by SellMyHousePrep are generated using artificial intelligence and general market data. They do not constitute professional real estate, construction, legal, or financial advice. We strongly recommend consulting with licensed professionals (real estate agents, contractors, home inspectors) before making significant decisions about your property. Cost estimates and ROI projections are approximations and may vary significantly based on your specific location, market conditions, and contractor pricing.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during the assessment process. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

Premium reports are sold as one-time purchases. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your premium report, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Service are owned by SellMyHousePrep. Your generated reports are for your personal use. You may share reports using the built-in sharing feature but may not resell or commercially distribute them.

7. Limitation of Liability

SellMyHousePrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from following our recommendations.
